Rotary was first started in New Zealand in 1921 but was first started in the United States of America in 1905. This rich history dating back over 100 years has made the Rotary a strong foundation for many communities across New Zealand and the rest of the world. This is due to the fact many projects and community development could not have been completed without the work of the Rotary.
